Even though I told the person on the phone exactly what the problem was, during the repair I was phoned to be told it would be an addition £50 which should have been included in the quite and I had no choice but to pay for it, so it felt very unfair.

Helpful, courteous, go above and beyond. Took car to garage as window mechanism broken. They called the mechanic straightaway on the Saturday, a part was ordered and the car was ready for collection by Tuesday midday.
