Martin Slinger is an outstanding salesman.He was extremely patient with my elderly husband and me.He was really knowledgeable about minis.His demeanour was excellent nothing was too much trouble.His sense of humour also made us feel very comfortable.

I was contacted to remind me that the car needed an MOT, booking a time was very easy as was adjusting that time. Drop off was very simple, apart from cars blocking the drive through parking so had to park outside.

Nice informal relaxed atmosphere whilst I waited for my MOT offered a drink and seating area in the mini dept instead of the BMW one which is more imposing

Pre checking in saved time on the morning, courteous welcome, very pleasant environment, kept informed as to when all done and most importantly.... the cost for both oil change, MOT, new wipers and health check was fair and reasonable.

£99 for a software update feels like a rip-off, especially as it hasn't fixed my issue. I explained the problem and was told the update could help. My screen still doesn't work, and I haven't been told what update was installed or why.

Very efficient and friendly service, right from the moment we booked our mini in for a drive train oil change to the moment we drove off in a sparkling car. This was totally down to Sam Pride who looked after us (and our mini).

I booked my appointment in person. I'd had a notification for an oil change & vehicle check. This was confirmed & booked in for the following week. When I checked my car in I was then informed that it was for a service and was going to be £487!

Although it was a straighforward repair to the horn nevertheless I was given a courtesy car which was appreciated. Repair was completed in timescale given & a video of checks was sent to me by email; a valeting was also thrown in for good measure.

Because I booked my car in for a service and was informed I needed new rear brake pads but they had already been done WITHOUT my permission at 19000 miles. My appointment was 12-1pm. At 1.30pm I had to ask for my car back!

Efficient service & useful pointers given regarding tyre treads. The film clip showing the outside/underside of the car was interesting. I haven't been given anything like this from previous garages with other cars. Great to have the car washed too!

The car had to be seen twice. I did give quite specific info about the problem related to air con, but no one looked at the air con. That meant a second visit where the issue with the air con drain was fixed. Sam Pride handled it well.
