To be honest there's nothing I could fault. I've dealt with Emma on the purchase of 2 previous minis and she's helpful, honest, responds promptly to all communication, and gives clear instructions on what is needed.

Polite receptionist and a warm welcome to the mini centre. Test drive was well managed and ample time given for this. On collection of the car, advised that GardX had been included as an extra. Part exchange of car was seamless. Lewis was great!

The sales agent was very clear and knowledgeable. My only disappointment was the delivery time. We were told 2 to 3 months, it eventually turned up in 4 mths later. We asked for a loan car but were refused until the last week.

I just wasn't happy with Enterprise as I hired a car from them. The driver asked me for a lift back to the office, and then no one answered the phone all afternoon when they asked me to call them. Will not use the Enterprise hire option again.

I would have been better to have an itemised summary of elements included in the service as this was not provided. I completed the online booking prior to drop off but I wasn't contacted as I had selected.

The service was great however although they told me that they may not be able to do the complementary car wash due to the weather conditions they didn't vacuum my car either which really disappointed me as they said they would vacuum it.

MOT just took too long with added two new tyres, one of which I had mentioned slow puncture on booking. However Sam Pride on reception is a constant, always delivers extremeley courteous service. Just need to perfect job time quotes

I had a tyre pressure issue and asked if someone was able check what the problem was. They kindly fitted me whilst I waited and repaired a slow puncture caused by a nail and at a very reasonable cost.

More than happy with the service on the day. However realised the window on the drivers side is not working properly and the convertible roof is not working and windows. Phoned on Monday to report problems and very unhappy with getting this resolved.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A TYRE.I HAVE AN INSURANCE FOR TYRES. HOWEVER BEARING INMIND I WAS COMING FROM BARNS GREEN ABOUT THE TYRE.IN THAT ENORMOUS GARAGE THEY DO NOT KEEP A MINI TYRE IN STOCK.SO I HAD TO PAY FOR A REPAIR.

After the service the tyre pressure warning message was on the display. When I checked it the tyre pressure was low on one of the tyres and I had to pump it up.

Appointment/service/MOT beautifully managed by Sam. Reception staff could not have made the working on site experience any smoother. Great booths. Arrived 5 mins early, as a newcomer it wasn't clear where to wait/park, but once gates open, all great.
