Warm welcome each and every time I've visited. Offered refreshments. Engaged with kids and offered them biscuits which was really sweet. Lewis Rogers who was my salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and did an incredible job managing expectations

Adam Folk was very informative and supportive, he manage to find the exact model and colour for us to take for a test drive. He was in contact throughout the order and build as we were abroad for 8 weeks prior to collection day. Great salesman!

To be honest there's nothing I could fault. I've dealt with Emma on the purchase of 2 previous minis and she's helpful, honest, responds promptly to all communication, and gives clear instructions on what is needed.

Helpful, courteous, go above and beyond. Took car to garage as window mechanism broken. They called the mechanic straightaway on the Saturday, a part was ordered and the car was ready for collection by Tuesday midday.

The book in process was very smooth. I waited for my mini and I was able to do my work in a booth with coffee WIFI and power. Sam who checked me in was very professional and helpful and suggested I signed up to a service plan with I did!

Very satisfied, Sam in Mini service is exceptional. But a mark off for the continued ridiculous barrage of emails and texts prior to visiting and calls and emails post visit. Why do you need a phone survey and one on email?

Absolutely appalled by the level of service I have received from group 1 mini. The fault with the car was a fuel leak. This is the second time it has happened in this car as the first time it was repaired the issue wasn't addressed correctly

I just wasn't happy with Enterprise as I hired a car from them. The driver asked me for a lift back to the office, and then no one answered the phone all afternoon when they asked me to call them. Will not use the Enterprise hire option again.

The service was great however although they told me that they may not be able to do the complementary car wash due to the weather conditions they didn't vacuum my car either which really disappointed me as they said they would vacuum it.

Sam in mini servicing is always so helpful, I was in a bit of a bind as I'm a driving instructor, had a problem that needed urgent attention and Sam made sure it was sorted.

I had an engine oil service. Which was all as expected. A vehicle check picked up a damaged tyre which was replaced the next day. Having rung various dealers locally the price for the tyre compared favourably
