Very satisfied apart from the fact that we weren't told that we didn't have heated seats which really upset my wife. They were standard on our last Mini. A friend also recently bought a new Mini and was told they would be standard but they weren't.

I felt a lot of focus was on my having used independent garages due to main dealer being so expensive. The suggestion of what the problem is has been investigated already and I couldn't afford two hours labour to redo this - I took the car away.

Mini were able to complete the service and parts and everyone was helpful. Annoyingly, the Aircon stopped working on the way to France which I would hope would have been identified from the diagnostics. Car was cleaned on collection which was lovely!

Dash cluster looks as if it has been fitted wonky and not level. I'm waiting to see another mini so I can compare it. I have t been back because the garage is such a pain to get to from Chichester with traffic at the moment. Nightmare journey.

Asked for tyres to be checked as I keep receiving tyre a pressure warning. Tyre tread limits were checked, however a day after my service the tyre pressure warning reappeared. I am re filling air in my tyres every two to three days now.
